My name is Peter Trousdale from the USA. I am fourteen years old. I have taken Chinese since seventh grade, and I hope to continue taking it in the future. I have traveled to many countries across the world in Europe, and South America. However, I’ve never been to any part of Asia before. This trip will be one of my first experiences in a country located in Asia. I am traveling to Korea this March, and I hope to see the two neighboring countries’ cultures, differences, and compare it with the country I currently live in. I enjoy playing the drums and playing in my friend’s band ‘MUSIC NIGHT 2012’. I also find myself playing many different sports such as soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. I usually play defense and midfield in soccer and lacrosse, and I play center in basketball. As much as I’ve heard from the people who have already traveled to China, I hope this experience brings me many different memories and lessons.
